Tasting paddle 3/4.
Transparent, deep amber beer with standard carbonation releases a cotton off-white head that lingers really long on top as a frazil-icy lacing.
The fragrance is piney and medium-hoppy with bags of grapefruit. The taste portrays strong-hopped malt, a tad grapefruit, recognizeable lemon peel and a faint caramelly nuance.
The body is light-medium. The beer finishes with somewhat piney hops, strong malt, a good amount of grapefruit, dry grass and a hefty grainy touch. The aftertaste rolls on tongue for some time.
The mouthfeel is relatively strong, a bit sharp, significantly crisp and somewhat coniferous. It's also a tad mouth-drying. Very old-school.

Voimakas kitkeryys piilee oluen kuoren takana. Tulee mieleen voikukan maku minkä lapsena työntänyt suuhunsa, mutta hyvällä muistelevalla tavalla. Maku tasoittuu ensimmäisten siemausten jälkeen ja yksinkertaisuudessaan toimiva.
