Brewed in collaboration with Manchester's Track Brewing Co. We used Cacao in the boil and then dry nibbed the beer with cacao nibs for an added chocolate kick. Lots of chocolate, caramel and toffee on the nose, and a little coffee as well. Complex and delicious.
