Semihazy, pale golden beer with fizzy, really sustained carbonation lays a weak, snow-white, spritzy head that fails to build to more than half a finger's height and adorns the top as a thin floating layer and a more fluffy lace ring for much longer. The fragrance portrays hefty gooseberry and a bit of white currant, accompanied by some passionfruit and recognizeable raw apple. An aroma of wheat bread emanates additionally to the nostrils. The taste is nicely sour and freshly light. Massive gooseberry grants generous fruity sourness to the tastebuds. Gooseberry is truly dominant but merges with respectable passionfruit, raw green apple and wheaty, toasty nuances. The light-bodied beer ends with significantly sour aftertaste with loads of gooseberry, especially raw gooseberry and raw apple, accompanied by a tad passionfruit and lemon zest. The aftertaste puckers the tongue for a decent time. The mouthfeel is light, relatively tart and somewhat puckering. It's also spritzy, juicy, substantially summery and considerably gardeny.

Quite sour, but tolerable. Not the most sour I've tasted, so it's not tart, but will take some getting use to in the near future. May be good with a pastry, dessert.

Jaffankeltainen, samea olut ohuella vaahdolla. Tuoksussa on kirpeyttä, marjaisuutta ja happamuutta. Olut on raikas, kirpeä, hapan, kevyt, makea ja kuiva. Mausta löytyy marjaisuutta, suolaa, hedelmäisyyttä, vehnää ja sitrusta. Kesäinen ja helppo juotava.

Herukkamehuinen, huomattavan kirpeä "olut". Jos et tietäisi tämän olevan olutta, et joisi tätä muuta kuin uteliaisuudesta. Maistuu pilaantuneelta omenamehulta.
