I'm getting fruity notes in the aroma. Not much, if any, barrel aging is evident. In the taste, I'm getting the same fruity notes. Some oak is coming through along with some whiskey and/or bourbon, but I have never had brandy, so I can't definitively say that it's brandy. Higher end of a medium mouthfeel with a moderate carbonation. Very smooth and well balanced. It was better on tap, but is still very tasty out of a bottle. One of the better quads I've had. Limited distribution, but if you find it, it's definitely worth a try. 4.25/5

I'm getting a little bit of bourbon and a sweetness in the aroma. Definitely getting bourbon in the taste. Has an oak flavor too, and a sweetness that I'm assuming from its stint in brandy barrels. You get the bourbon/þrandy taste and a bit of warmth in the mouth, but not much warmth on the way down. Well balanced and very smooth. Medium mouthfeel. 4/5
