A very elegant beer from the Baltic sea – brewed with sea salt, finely seasoned and fermented using a Bière Brut yeast. Maritime-mineral notes with a hint of pear and quince tickle the nose. A very smooth, lightly effervescent drink with a delicate sour note and a dry finish. Pleasurable, wine-like, refreshing.

Mikäli olisi sour oluen ystävä voisi olla korkeampikin arvosana, mutta hedelmäinen ja suolapähkinöiden kanssa juotava sour. Pullo kokovartaloetiketin kanssa hieno.

Geruchlich kommt eine leichte Salznote, sowie etwas spritzige Säure durch. Geschmacklich merkt man sich leicht das Salz, sowie.eine dezente Säure. Muss.man mögen...
