Aroma: Vinous! White wine, grapes. Funky. Taste: Champagne vs. beer. Slightly tart, grapes, champagne-like. Funky. A beer that would be perfect on New Years Eve.

Seems like a nice drink for the spring that is fastly closing in. From. Tap Temperature:? Golden beer with very much bubbles rising to the surface. Small white head seems to last forever: 3/5 Lovely funky, barnyard brett with some horsey and citrus aromas. Not much Saison aromas, this is all Brett: 4,25/5 Mouthfeel is light with medium-high carbonation. Tart brett but no sour, which indicates that the fermentation has been controlled with care: 4/5 Taste is funky, barnyardy, tart, fruit zest, citrusy. I would like to have some Saison in this as well but absolutely love the Brett flavours. Aftertaste has fruity sweetness: 11/15 Nice and funky. Quality brewing and new brewery for me so first impression is very good: 15,25/20 =37,5/50
