Join, or Die. was our first attempt on NEIPA years ago and it seems we were right that this new hazy movement will be hard to ignore. Having brewed couple (ehm) of them since then, we keep on polishing what was a pretty nice brew already. More wheat, oats and hops: Ekuanot and Mosaic on the hot side, heaps of Citra and Galaxy on the cold side - what you get is velvet-smooth big beer booming with explosion of fruit. 17° Plato, 7.2% ABV.
