Home brewers listen up.
How many of you have splurged out on a bucket load of expensive and rare hops that you know you really shouldn’t have? Yeah. All of you right? We thought so.
Well that’s what we’ve done here. We’ve gone all in Calypso, a dual purpose American aroma hop. Hard to find? You bet! Expensive? Damn straight.
So we used a lot of it. In this beer. Right here. Because we love it. And so should you. All hail.

Interesting. A white IPA. Bitter with fruity notes. Quite like it

Not a huge fan of wheat and Pilsner beers normally. This is hazy yellow with very solid lacing and big carbonation. A bit of sour fruit, some wheat there in the back ground, but it's punchy enough to hold the wheat back and the Calypso hops make a strong appearance too. Nice and decent.

Yllättävän mitäänsanomaton, vaikka speksien mukaan pitäisi olla kaikki kohdallaan. Calypso soi mutta joku ei natsaa.

Vaahto erittäin runsas. Voimakas humalan maku, sitruksinen.
