A honey session IPA, where the honey flavour is not light and sweet, rather deep and earthy. Fits really well with a medium-bitter English hop flavour and clean maltiness.

A British craft beer that uses raw unpasteurised honey in its fermentation, which gives it a remarkably unique twist. Pours a golden amber hue with an aroma of woody and earthy notes, intertwined with subtle hints of honey. A digestive biscuit malt base balances the hops, providing a crisp toasted malt flavour. Unlike most heavily sweet beers, the raw honey here yields a dry finish with a delicate honey aftertaste and a sharp peppery finish. The mouthfeel is well rounded and crisp, offering a very drinkable, balanced craft brew without the honey completely dominating the citrusy hoppy IPA character.

A crisp, balanced honey-infused craft IPA that tastes of sweet biscuit malt and earthy tree ivy honey, finishing with a pleasant hop bitterness and a distinct peppery kick. Not as good as I thought it would be, but drinkable nonetheless.

Dearest brethren at Hiver, Smog regretfully informs you that honey and IPA do not mix. Very strange aftertaste as the honey is more floral in flavour than sweet. Not great.
