Our first contribution to the modern classic style of beer – India Pale Ale. When we first came across this style of beer it was associated with a rather present and protracted bitterness. The best examples back then had a residual sweetness to carry the bitterness. the hops used wasn’t as fruity as often seen today. They had more of a dankness to them. We have tried to capture all of the above and we like to call this beer an old school IPA. We really like this kind of IPA and luckily so do the consumers and we can keep producing it year round.

Fresh can of an old favourite. First time in can. Canned 1 month ago.
Aroma: Malty and caramelly.
Taste: What have they done to this beer? I remember the aroma & taste so well. It was floral in a very special way. Now it’s malty, watery, slightly earthy and sweet.
