Belhaven has made this cider to exact specifications. Both sweet dessert apples and bitter sweet cider apple varieties are used in the production. The result is a sweet "medium" cider to which no artificial flavors or sweeteners have been added. As they say at Belhaven Brewery, "It's so good we put our own name on it!"
