Foggy, straw/yellow beer fills the glass. Tiny yeast particles sink to the bottom. Carbonation is vibrant and keeps the beer bubbling for a fairly long time. The top is effervescent, clean white and looks fluffy from above and like frogspawn from aside.
Nose is a nice mixture of mild lemon, faint salt, a bit of seashore and wet seaweeds. Very much what one can expect of a Gose.
The beer tastes savory. The first sip is promising: light, refreshing, mild citrusy with basically only lemon, and a pinch of salt. The malt body is fairly light.
The beer ends with medium sour lemon peel, grapefruit, gooseberry and remote lemonweed. The finish tickles gums in mouth for a pretty long time.
Mouthfeel is thin, slightly tart, fizzy, refreshing and summery. The only thing that is missing now is the burning sun in the sky.

Well well well...they make beer in Tuscany, and I thought it was only Chianti. Blurry light yellow beer with lots of sediment floats in the beer. The taste is mild compared to previous goses I've tasted, but salt is there with citrus, I am unable to taste rosemary. Not bad.
